These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of GhumGhum, a travel companion operated by Absolute Tours and Travels. By creating an account or using GhumGhum you agree to these Terms.
These Terms describe GhumGhum only. They do not name any particular device maker or software marketplace.
1. The service
GhumGhum helps you discover destinations, search travel options, track live flight and train status, manage trips, make enquiries, and complete bookings where available. Some listings and live data come from third-party partners. Availability, prices, and timings can change.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping login details confidential. You must be legally able to enter a travel booking. Misuse, scraping, or interfering with GhumGhum is not allowed.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking is a contract between you and the travel supplier (and, where applicable, Absolute Tours and Travels). Fees, cancellation rules, and refunds follow the details shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation. Payment is collected through our payment partner. Failed or reversed payments may cancel a reservation.
4. Live status
Flight, train, and similar live status is provided for convenience from third-party feeds. It may be delayed or incomplete. Always confirm with the airline, railway, or station before you travel. GhumGhum is not liable for missed connections based solely on in-app status.
5. User content
If you post photos, reviews, or messages, you grant GhumGhum a licence to display that content inside the service. Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The GhumGhum name, logo, design, and software are owned by Absolute Tours and Travels or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
7. Disclaimer
GhumGhum is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free third-party data. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Absolute Tours and Travels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel disruption caused by partner data or supplier changes.
8. Termination
We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or harms other travellers. You may stop using GhumGhum at any time and permanently delete your account in the app (Profile or Settings → Delete Account).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of India, unless a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
